密集烤房烘烤烟气热能回收利用研究初探

         

摘要

The heat recovery of the existing dense barn experiment was carried out to study the waste heat recovery of bulk curing barn after the analyzing of the energy consumption of the flue gas in the intensive baking. The results showed that the temperature of bulk curing barn chimney flue gas increased with the baking process, up to a maximum of 98 degrees. The installation of waste heat recovery in the chimney significantly reduced the smoke temperature of the chimney, and the temperature drop was 4.6 times of ordinary dense roast. At the same time through the air intake door into the baking room air temperature averagely increased by 9.8℃ , with obvious saving effect by 16.86%. The coal combustion reduced with the emission decrease of SO2 and other harmful gases, so it is of great significance to energy conservation and emissions reduction by equipping with waste heat recovery.%通过分析普通密集烤房烘烤和炉膛烟气余热排放耗能情况,利用交换式余热回收器对现有密集烤房进行改造,进而回收再利用炉膛烟囱排烟热量.结果表明:普通密集烤房烟囱口排烟温度随烘烤进程呈上升趋势,最高可达98℃;烟囱中加装余热回收器能明显降低烟囱口排烟温度,温度降低量是普通密集烤房温度降低量的4.6倍;同时,可使通过冷风进风门进入烤房的空气温度平均提高9.8℃,节煤效率可达16.86%.耗煤量的减少可降低SO2等有害气体的排放,因此加装余热回收器节能减排意义重大.
