机械制造行业的现代学徒制发展研究

摘要

With the shortage of human resources and rise of human cost,the rapid development of machinery manufactur-ing industry needs a large number of industry professionals,which urge the application of modern apprenticeship in mechanical manufacturing industry.The modern apprenticeship is a re-combination of traditional apprenticeship and school educational system,therefore cooperation platform of schools and enterprises should be built and management mode should be reformed.%机械制造行业的发展需要大量的技能型从业人员，逐着人力资源紧缺、人力成本上升，催促机械制造行业走“现代学徒制”之路。而现代学徒制是对传统学徒制和学校教育制度的重新组合，必须构建校企合作平台、重建学习载体、变革教学组织和管理模式。
