足球、速滑运动员髋关节屈伸等速向心收缩的生物力学分析

摘要

Taking football and speed skating athletes under systemic training as the study objects,with the aid of Cybex-Norm equal speed force measuring system,this article discussed the mechanical characteristics and rules,as well as the differences in their hipbone and knee joints＇ bends and stretches at different speeds,to provide theory support for the scientific selection and training of athletes.%以系统训练的足球和速滑运动员为研究对象,采用Cybex-Norm等速测力系统对运动员髋关节屈伸等速向心收缩的力学测试,探讨两项目运动员髋关节在不同速度下屈伸的力学特征规律与不同,为运动员的科学训练和选材等提供理论依据。
