基于DEA及超效率DEA模型的农业信息化评价研究

摘要

通过构建农业信息化效率投入与产出指标评价体系,运用DEA及超效率DEA模型,对攀西地区2000～2009年农业信息化效率进行实证评价.结果显示,攀西地区多数年份农业信息化综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率达到了"最优状态",但仍有投入与产出改进的空间;非DEA有效的年份均出现投入冗余:攀西地区农业信息化效率趋势总体平稳发展.%By building a efficiency evaluation of inputs and outputs index system of agricultural information,using DEA and super-efficiency DEA Model, to empirical evaluation on efficiency of agricultural information from 2000 to 2009 in Panxi Area. The results showed that: the agriculture informationization synthesis efficiency,the pure technical efficiency and the scale efficiency had achieved “the most superior condition” most years in Panxi Area, there still was room for much improvement on input and output; it had investment redundancy in non-DEA effective year in Panxi Area; the efficiency of agricultural information in Panxi area developed steadily.
