The acute toxicity of florfenicol in sturgeon was studied. The LD50 values and its 95％ confidence limits were calculated according to improved Karber method. The results showed that the 96h LD50 of florfenieol in sturgeon was 891.25 mg/kg, and 95％ confidential interval was 840.42 mg/kg to 942.39 mg/kg. The safe concentration was 193.69 mg/kg. The results eonfmned that floffenicol belonged to hypotoxieity.%研究了氟苯尼考对鲟鱼的急性毒性.采用改进寇氏法计算试验鲟鱼的半数致死剂量LD50和95%置信区间.结果表明,氟苯尼考对鲟鱼96 h的LD50为891.25 mg/(kg鱼体重),95%的置信区间为840.42～942.39mg/(kg鱼体重),安全剂量为193.69mg/(kg鱼体重),符合低毒标准.
