基层农技推广人员绩效考核指标体系的构建

摘要

Based on the Delphi method, the structure frame of performance appraisal index system including 1 total index system, 2 second grade indexes, 5 third grade indexes and 7 fourth grade indexes were designed. The AHP method was used to confirm the index weight and establish the performance appraisal index system for staff of grass-roots agricultural technology extension.%在专家咨询的基础上，制定了由1个总指标系统层、2个二级指标层、5个三级指标层和17个四级指标层构成的基层农技员绩效考核指标体系的结构框架，并运用专家打分和层次分析法对各个指标赋予权重，从而确定了基层农技员绩效考核指标体系。
