建筑节能集成技术在办公建筑中的应用与示范——以宁波节能大楼为例

摘要

宁波节能大楼位于宁波国家高新产业园区,旨在打造成为国内领先的建筑节能示范楼.针对目前办公节能示范楼普遍存在的投入过高、全生命周期内无法回收成本、推广困难的问题,采用了当前适应于宁波地区的切实可行的集成节能技术设计,达到了“低能耗,零排放”示范大楼的要求.%Ningbo energy-saving building is located in Ningbo National High-tech Industrial district, expects to be one of the top energy-conservation office buildings. The project aims to solve the problems such as high-input,which were unable to recycle in life-circle period and hard to promote, it adopted a serious suitable energy-saving technologies to reach the aim of "low-energy consumption, zero emissions".
