摘要

This paper aims at the reality dilemmas which the traditional residences are facing in the historic district, analyzes and discusses the value of landscape, tourism, use and architectural ontology, etc, in traditional residences. Keeping the updating and transformation as the foundation of sustainable utilization about the traditional residences, it explores the strategies of sustainable utilization from such aspects as reform participation body, the issues involved and the ways in the transformation.%该文针对历史街区中传统民居利用面临的现实困境,论述了传统民居在景观、旅游、使用以及建筑本体等方面的价值,认为更新改造是传统民居可持续利用的基础,从改造参与主体、改造涉及的问题和改造方式等几个方面探讨了可持续利用的策略.
