城市化进程中福州“三坊七巷”历史街区的保护与更新

摘要

This thesis studied Fuzhou's historic district-Sanfangqixiang. Based on the relevant theories in conservating, renewing, and creating of regional buildings, it combined with "The Pattern of Analogical Design" and "Concrescence Theory" to investigate specific process of protection and rebuild of Sanfangqixiang, and to generalize the experience, find the problems, build up a planning and design pattern for the sustainable development of every single building as well as the whole district of Sanfangqixiang.%该文研究范围界定在福州市“三坊七巷”历史街区,从历史街区保护更新和地域建筑创作的相关理论研究出发,结合“类设计”模式和“愈合理论”,对“三坊七巷”保护更新的具体过程进行探讨,总结经验,发现问题,旨在为三坊七巷历史街区的坊巷空间及其单体建筑的保护更新与可持续发展建立一套规划设计模式.
