Qiawan town in Nanfeng county,east of Jiangxi,is an ancient town booming from river,hundreds of years later,it is still well-preserved in the old way.This article starts with its forming factors,analyzes the space form of "three rivers,two mountains,one beach,new area parallels to the old",expounds its space structure of "two verticals,two horizontals,two boundaries",and studies the characteristics of architecture and construction in the town,based on its physical geography and history culture through the historical document and on-site research,hoping to post the regional culture features of the town and providing a reference for the study of regional architecture in the east of Jiangxi.%赣东南丰县洽湾古镇因水而兴,历经数百年,古镇风貌仍保存完好.该文以洽湾古镇区为研究对象,从其形成因素出发,结合当地自然地理条件与历史文化背景,在史料查阅、民间走访与建筑调研的基础上,分析了古镇“三水·两山·一滩·新旧并置”的空间格局,阐述了古镇“两横·两纵·两边界”的历史街巷结构,并对古镇现存历史建筑展开研究,总结其营造特色,以揭示洽湾古镇的地域文化与特征,为今后赣东地区地域建筑的研究提供参考.
