该文以喀什老城为例,系统分析了巷道、民居、清真寺、过街楼、地道和基础设施的抗震性能,研究了老城居民在面临自然灾害引发的突发事件时,怎样紧急避难和安全疏散,在此基础上,提出了如何在保护老城风貌的前提下,通过规划布局、疏通消防通道、梳理避难场地、提高房屋与街巷通道抗震能力,来确保群众生命与财产安全.这一模式对喀什地区聚落遗产保护和改造有着重要的借鉴意义.%This article takes the old city of Kashi as an example,makes systematic analysis on the seismic resistance of lane,folk house,masjid,arcade,tunnel and infrastructure,and studies how the old city residents avert imminent danger and are evacuated safely when they face natural disaster disruptive events,based on this,the article puts forward how to enhance the seismic resistant capability of house and street and lane to ensure the life and property safety of common people through planning,arranging,and putting fire passage and refuge place in order,under precondition of the style and features of old city being protected.This mode has important reference significance for protection and reconstruction of settlements heritage of Kashi area.
