基于建筑形态下的景观方案生成——以烟台中海海悦府为例

景观方案生成对于景观规划设计的最终优化起着至关重要的作用.景观方案生成的思维过程正是促使城市景观发展的驱动力与活力,同时对经济、社会、环境具有重大意义.以中海地产在山东省烟台市的房地产项目为例,对烟台中海国际社区海悦府景观方案进行场地分析、分区设计、植物空间及其尺度把控,归纳总结基于建筑形态下的景观方案生成的设计要点和未来发展方向.%Landscape plan generation plays an important role in the final optimization of landscape planning and design. The thinking process of landscape plan generation is the driving force and vitality of urban landscape development, and is of great significance to the economy, society and environment. Taking the real estate project of Yantai City as an example, we make the site analysis, partition design, plant space and its scale control on the Yantai International Community Serene House landscape project. Finally we summarize the design essentials and future development direction of the landscape plan generation under the architectural form.
