西班牙社会住宅的新世纪特征与历史沿革--访谈西班牙建筑师事务所estudio.entresitio建筑师

摘要

Trough the analysis of core ideas and speciifc two typical social housing cases of Spanish Architects Office—estudio.entresitio, the paper introduced in the context of social housing development of the new century, how the architects work to explore the possibility of living. Besides, through interview with the architects, the author dig up the relfection about the Social, economic, traditional, regional properties about the building, in order to provide some reference to China.%通过对西班牙建筑师事务所estudio.entresitio的两个典型社会住宅案例进行介绍，分析了其设计的核心思想和具体手法，介绍了在新世纪马德里住宅发展的大背景下，建筑师如何探索居住模式的可能性。同时通过与建筑师的面对面访谈，深入挖掘建筑师设计思想背后关于住宅社会性、经济性、传统性、地域性等方面的思考，以期对我国当前的保障房建设提供一些参考。
