BIM技术在工业化项目中的探索与应用

         

摘要

文章介绍BIM技术在装配式住宅设计中的研究应用,指出现阶段存在的问题,展望其发展趋势。实践证明,BIM技术能够实现工程项目的信息化建设,通过可视化的技术促进规划方、设计方、施工方和运维方协同工作,并对项目进行全生命周期管理,特别是从设计方案、施工进度、成本、质量、安全、环保等方面,增强项目的可预知性和可控性。%The paper introduces the application of BIM technology on the assembled housing design, pointing out the problems existed in the current period and conceiving its development trend. Practice shows that BIM technology can realize the informatization of projects’ construction so as to promote coordination among the planner, the designer, the constructor and the operator through the visualization technology and manage the life cycle of the project, which can enhance its predictability and controllability, especially from such aspects as design planning, construction schedule, cost, quality, safety and environmental protection.
