左肾静脉压迫综合征精索静脉结扎术患者综合护理管理

摘要

目的：以左肾静脉压迫综合征精索静脉结扎术患者为例，总结泌尿外科综合护理管理经验。方法回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院2009年3月—2015年5月收治的23例左肾静脉压迫综合征行左侧精索静脉结扎术，患者的术后护理活动及护理效果。结果23例胡桃夹综合征致左侧精索静脉曲张患者手术均成功，患者均治愈出院。结论对患者术前术后进行综合性的管理，加强各个环节的宣教和指导，合理调配饮食，使患者保持积极、乐观的态度，是促进患者康复的关键。%Objective To summarize the experiences of comprehensive nursing management for urology patients, such as left renal vein entrapment syndrome underwent ligation of varicocelectomy.Methods The nurs-ing care and effect of 23 cases left renal vein entrapment syndrome were analyzed , which were applied spermic vein ligation at the first affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university from March 2009 to May 2015.Results The opera-tions of 23 cases were successful.All cases were recovered and discharged from hospital.Conclusions The com-prehensive nursing management measures before and after operation were the key points to improve the success rate of the operation, which included strengthening the education and guidance of every part, rational nutritional deploy-ment, and keeping a positive attitude.
