“习明纳”教学法在军队医院管理学中的应用

摘要

The course Military Hospital Administration has applied the teaching method of "seminar" and implemented the small class teaching,which has been a useful exploration.After two years of implementation,we concluded three advices:the subjects should be appropriately chosen.The effect of senior small class was good,and the teaching method of "seminar" and "classroom discussion" should be properly distinguished.%“军队医院管理学”课程应用“习明纳”教学法,实施小班化教学,并进行有益的探索.经过两年的实施,得到较好的教学效果,并得出三点体会:专题确定要适当,本科高年级小班教学效果好,要正确区分“习明纳”教学法与“课堂讨论”.
