Clinical practice teaching is a significant experience process of hospitals connotation and substance of medical work for medical students.This article analyzes the position of hospital,teachers and students in clinical practice teaching,puts forward the managerial emphasis,and explore countermeasures to enhance effectiveness of education management in practice teaching.%临床实践教学是医学生对医院内涵和医疗工作实质的体验过程.文章定位临床实践教学中的医院、教师、学生进行分析,提出实践教学的管理侧重点,探讨增强实践教学教育管理成效的对策.
