家庭医生制度是国务院提出的"十三五"医药卫生体制改革主要任务之一,其合理分配医疗资源,是提高民生的重要组成部分.调查发现,该制度在上海地区签约率并不高.通过对家庭医生制度所涉及的全科/专科医师和服务对象居民的签约情况及相关因素进行分析,提出提高家庭医生签约率的可行方法,并对该制度今后的推行与完善提出可行性的建议.%The family doctor system is one of the main tasks proposed by the State Council in the "13th Five-Year"medical and health system reform. The rational allocation of medical resources is an important part in improving the livelihood of the people. According to this investigation, the contract signing rate of the system in Shanghai is not high. By analyzing the current condition and related factors of the contract signing of general practitioners/specialists and target residents involved in the family doctor system, this paper put forward a feasible method to raise the signing rate of the family doctor system and suggestions on the implementation and improvement of the system in the future.
