军队医院建设急诊科模式探讨

摘要

本文针对军队医院急诊科的特点，阐述了军队医院急诊科建设应具备的条件；并提出：加强岗位练兵、建立一科二室体制、重视院前急救是促进急诊科的发展壮大的有力措施。%In view of the characteristic of military hospital's emergency section, this article illustrates the necessary qualification , and put forward some suggestions: stress the training of position; set up the system of one office two sections ; lay emphasize on the pushing function of pre-hospital's rescue.
