桥巩水电站机组主轴密封改造

摘要

∶针对桥巩水电站机组主轴密封存在漏水的问题，查找引起漏水的原因并分析，提出相应的主轴密封改造方案；对新型主轴密封的结构、原理、特点以及改造后主轴密封在实际运行中取得的良好效果进行介绍。为同类机组的主轴密封改造提供借鉴。%Aiming at the water leakage problem existing in unit main shaft seal in Qiaogong hydropower station, the water leakage causes were found out and analyzed, and a corresponding shaft seal renovation scheme is proposed. The paper makes an introduction to the structure, principle and characteristics as well as the good sealing effect of the renovated shaft seal, which can be well referenced by the shaft seal renovation of similar units.
