对叉车门架倾斜缸座进行生产工艺改进及拓扑优化,完成以主要结构尺寸为变量、约束最大等效应力值、以质量最小为目标的设计研究和目标优化,并根据生产实际进行数值圆整,使零件质量降低了16.4%,最大等效应力降低了7.5%。试验验证,优化后的零件满足要求,已批量生产。%Production technology improvement and topological optimization are performed for the tilting cylinder block of the forklift mast to complete the design research and target optimization with the major structural dimensions as variables, maximum equivalent stress value as constraint and minimum weight as the objective.The value rounding is made based on the production practices to have the weight of component reduced by 1 6.4%,and maximum equivalence stress reducing by 7.5%.The test shows that the optimized part is qualified,so it is produced in batch by now.
