5t叉车折叠货叉连接件设计

摘要

The root of the fork is the part bearing the largest stress,and the folded fork is provided with rotating fold-ing function at the root,providing higher requirements on the material and structures.The paper studies the relation be-tween parameters of connecting pieces of the folded fork and their load-bearing conditions,and designs the connecting piece of folded fork of 5t forklift based on the conclusions.Such design meets the requirement that the safety coefficient be no less than 3 as specified in the national standard,providing reference for the design of the folded fork.%货叉根部是应力最大的部位，折叠货叉根部可旋转折叠，对材料和结构提出了更高要求。本文研究了折叠货叉连接件参数间的关系及受力情况，以结论为依据对5 t 叉车折叠货叉连接件进行了设计，设计结果满足标准规定安全系数不小于3的要求，为折叠货叉的设计提供了参考。
