为解决斗轮堆取料机面对两种不同密度物料但生产能力相同时,由同质量物料体积的变化而可能出现的安全隐患,对斗轮取料机的设计方案进行分析与优化,以变频控制为手段,结合工程实例对机构运行速度、容积等处理物料能力相关的参数进行分析与计算,并从整机使用的角度考虑了载荷与电气控制的优化。%For the possible safety-related hazard caused by volume change of materials of the same mass when the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer handles two materials of different densities with the same reclaiming capacity, analysis and optimization are performed on the design scheme of the bucket-wheel stacker and reclaimer.With the frequency conver-ting control as the means, analysis and calculation are performed on the running speed of the mechanism, volume, and oth-er parameters related to material handling capacity, combined with engineering practices, to optimize the load and electrical control in terms of the machinery service conditions.
