基于PLC控制的大型港口起重机瞬时故障诊断方法

摘要

大型港口起重机有些故障其持续时间非常短,故障出现后瞬间又完全恢复到正常状态,具有故障原因复杂、 故障出现时间和频率无规律、 诊断困难、 安全危害大的特点.文中针对大型港口起重机瞬时故障产生的原因及危害进行概述,指出了瞬时故障诊断的难点,并以安川PLC为例,介绍如何利用PLC数据追踪功能快速、 准确地处理瞬时故障.%For large-scale port cranes , some faults last for a short time , and the crane operates normally quickly after the fault.Thus such fault may be caused by complicated reasons , follows no rule in the time of occurrence or frequency , is hard to diagnose and brings huge damage .The paper describes the causes of transient fault of large-scale port crane and its hazards, presents difficulties in diagnosing transient fault and introduces how to deal with transient fault rapidly and accu -rately using PLC data by taking Anchuan PLC as an example .
