纤维沥青胶浆及沥青混合料路用性能试验研究

         

摘要

High temperature performance test and low temperature performance test of lignin fiber reinforced and basalt fiber reinforced asphalt mortar have been conduct to analyze the performance of dif-ferent fiber.Dynamic shear rheological experiment and cone penetration test used to evaluate the high temperature performance of fiber reinforced asphalt mortar while ductility test used to evaluate the low temperature performance;Selected the SMA-13 asphalt mixture,through rutting test to study the enhance-ment of high temperature stability and split test to evaluate the improvement effect of asphalt mixture by these two kinds of fibers.The results showed that:the high temperature performance of basalt fiber rein-forced asphalt mortar is superior to lignin fiber reinforced asphalt mortar;Dynamic stability and splitting strength of basalt fiber reinforced asphalt mixture are higher than lignin fiber,and when the content of ba-salt fiber is of 0.3% ~0.4%,the improvement effect is the best.The results can provide reference for the application of fiber in asphalt mixture.%对木质素纤维和玄武岩纤维的沥青胶浆以及沥青混合料的高温、低温性能进行试验,对比分析不同纤维的性能。采用动态剪切流变试验和锥入度试验评价纤维沥青胶浆的高温性能,延度试验评价低温性能;选取SMA-13沥青混合料,通过车辙试验研究两种纤维对沥青混合料高温稳定性的增强作用,劈裂试验评价低温抗裂性的改善效果。研究结果表明:玄武岩纤维沥青胶浆的高温性能优于木质素纤维沥青胶浆;玄武岩纤维沥青混合料动稳定度和劈裂强度均要较木质素纤维高,且当玄武岩纤维掺量为0.3%~0.4%时其改善效果最佳。研究结果可为纤维在沥青混合料中的应用提供参考。
