南方高速公路路桥施工中的全焊钢结构现场安装施工工艺探讨

摘要

对高速公路路桥钢结构安装施工工艺进行了探讨,并以南方某高速公路路桥为对象,对其施工中的全焊钢结构的现场安装施工工艺进行了具体分析,提出在该钢桥结构安装施工中加强对施工质量的控制.通过结合我国南方广州某一全焊钢桥施工案例,以其结构特征和安装工序为研究对象,进行分析和讨论,提出可行的钢结构施工技术和焊接工艺.实施效果表明,本工程采取的焊接工艺能满足钢结构桥梁焊接的要求,能将焊接质量有效提高,可为今后的路桥全焊钢结构安装施工提供一定的参考.%This paper discusses the installation construction technology of Expressway Luqiao steel structure,and to the south of the highway in Luqiao Province as the object,analyzes the fully welded steel structure during the construction of the installation process,put forward in strengthening the control of construction quality in the construction of the steel structure installation.Based on the construction practice of a fully welded steel bridge in Guangzhou,southern China,the installation and construction platform of the steel box girder and the installation of the upper truss structure are analyzed and dis-cussed,and feasible steel structure construction technology and welding process are put forward.The im-plementation results show that the welding process adopted in this project can meet the requirements of steel structure bridge welding,and can effectively improve the welding quality.It can provide a reference for the future installation and construction of all welded steel structure in Luqiao.
