环境因素对水泥混凝土桥面沥青铺装层间抗剪强度的影响

         

摘要

In this paper,interfacial shear strength test which in different normal pressure situa-tions were done by using self developed shear test apparatus,to compare and analysis the influence of temperature and moisture environment factors on the interfacial shear strength between cement concrete bridge deck and asphalt pavement.The test results illustrated that coupling effect of high temperature and saturation can greatly reduce the interfacial shear strength and their cohesive force and friction angle in-dex(friction coefficient).Compared with the saturation situation,the influence of the high temperature on the interfacial shear strength is more significant,the influence of which on cohesive force is more than friction angle index(friction coefficient).On this basis,we concluded the experienced formula of inter-facial shear strength which considering the coupling effect of temperature and moisture,and its reasonable and effectiveness were verified by comparing with the test results.%利用自研的剪切试验仪进行不同正压力下的层间抗剪强度试验,对比分析温度和水环境因素对水泥混凝土桥面板与沥青铺装层间抗剪强度的影响.试验结果表明,高温和浸水的综合作用会大幅度地降低层间抗剪强度及其粘聚力、摩阻角(摩擦系数)指标.与浸水相比,高温对层间抗剪强度的影响更为显著,其中对于粘聚力指标的影响尤甚于摩阻角(摩擦系数)指标.在此基础上,归纳提出了可考虑环境温度和水综合效应的层间抗剪强度的经验公式,并与试验结果对比验证了其合理有效性.
