新建本科高校向职业类转型发展研究

摘要

The newly established universities transformed to vocational universities can explore the routes of transformation develop⁃ment from the following three aspects:based on the original characteristics, facing local economic development and combined with the upgrading of industrial structure. The newly built universities face obstacles of thoughts and ideas, teaching reform, teaching staff and social evaluation in the process of transformation. The education authorities should create favorable policy environment for their transformation, establish integrated vocational education system, formulate regulations and policies of school-enterprise coop⁃eration training of undergraduate talents, change the single evaluation system of undergraduate education, and build up new evalua⁃tion criteria for vocational undergraduate education.%新建本科高校向职业类转型，可以从以原有特色为基础、面向地方经济发展和结合产业结构升级等三个方面探索转型发展路径。新建本科高校向职业类转型面临思想观念、教学变革、师资以及社会评价等障碍。教育主管部门要为新建本科高校转型营造良好的政策环境，建立一体贯通的职业教育体系，制定校企协作培养本科人才的法规与政策，改变单一的本科教育评价体系，建立职业型本科教育的评价标准。
