数字化牵引变电所关键技术分析及实现方案探讨

         

摘要

数字化变电站技术代表着国际变电站技术的发展方向。数字化变电站技术已经在国内电力系统取得了广泛的应用,而在电气化铁路牵引变电所中还未应用。电气化铁路牵引变电所作为电力系统的特殊终端变电所,其技术的发展应紧跟电力系统的步伐。在介绍基于IEC61850标准数字化变电站自动化系统的特征、结构基础上,对数字化牵引变电所的电子式互感器、智能化一次设备、网络化二次设备、网络结构、继电保护等关键技术进行了分析和总结。并就数字化牵引变电所的实现方案进行了探讨研究,提出了在间隔层、站控层、过程层全面实施和自下而上分步实施的实现方案,为后续数字化牵引变电所的设计和研究提供参考。%Digital substation technology represents the development direction of international substation technology,which has been widely used in domestic power system,but not applied to electrified railway traction.Electrified railway trac-tion substation,as a special terminal substation of power system,should closely follow the development of the pace of the power system in technology.Based on the introduction of the feature and structure of digital substation with IEC61850 automation system,the digital traction substation transformer,intelligent primary equipment,network secondary equip-ment,network structure,protection and other key technologies are analyzed and summarized.And method for implemen-tation of digital traction substation is discussed,the full implementation plan at bay level,station level,process level and bottom-up step by step implementation are proposed so that it may also provide reference to the design and research of future digital traction substations.
