学者角色向管理者角色转换过程中的问题与对策——以高校学者向管理者(处、院长)角色转换为例

         

摘要

According to the role theory, each social individual plays a different role, and they will change roles as the situation changes.In the process of role transformation,role conflicts and other issues will also arise. Through the observation and analysis of the administrative activities of colleges,a striking problem in college management was found, that is, the problem that in process of role transformation from scholars to manager. The problem may led people make the most common mistakes that most people make, and make people suffers mental stress, such as puzzled, anxiety, and pain, resulting in some damage to work. In response to this problem, the interviews and questionnaires were used to interview 15 people and 114 people were surveyed. Through depth analysis of interviews and questionnaires, the paper summarizes 10 reasons of which produced the problem,and put forward two countermeasures.Through practice,obvious results have been achieved.%角色理论认为,每个社会个体都扮演着不同的角色,而且还会随着形势的变化转换角色,在角色转换过程中,也会出现角色冲突等问题.通过对高校管理活动的观察、调查与分析,发现在高校管理活动中存在着一个突出的问题,即学者角色向管理者角色转换过程中的问题.这一问题不仅使当事人走了很多弯路,心理上承受着诸如困惑、焦虑、痛苦等精神压力,而且也给工作造成了一定损失.针对这一问题,运用访谈和问卷调查的方法,访谈15人,问卷调查114人.通过对访谈和问卷调查结果的深度分析,梳理出导致这一问题产生的原因,并针对性地提出了解决问题的对策.
