空心玻璃微球填充改性PVC的研究

         

摘要

采用共混法合成了空心玻璃微球/聚氯乙烯(PVC)复合材料,空心玻璃微球使用前先用硅烷偶联剂KH-550进行了表面改性。通过高倍光学显微镜、红外分析仪、电子拉力机、邵氏硬度检测仪等手段研究了空心玻璃微球的含量对PVC抗拉强度,冲击强度和硬度等性能影响。结果表明:随着玻璃微球含量的逐渐增加,PVC复合材料的拉伸强度先增加后降低,伸长率不断降低,冲击强度略微下降,而硬度不断增加。%Hollow glass microspheres (HGS) filled PVC composites are prepared by blending, and before used, HGS is modified with silane coupling agent KH - 550. The effect of the content of HGB on the tensile strength, impact strength and hardness of the composites are studied by high resolution optical microscopy, infrared analyzer, electronic testing machine and hardness tester. The result shows , with the increasing of HGS content, the tensile strength of the PVC composites firstly increases and then decreases, the elongation kept on decreasing, impact strength decreased slightly, while the hardness kept on increasing.
