某型直升机交流发电机断轴故障分析及改进

摘要

交流发电机是交流电源系统的重要组成部分。针对某型机交流发电机地面联试过程中出现断轴故障现象，通过机理分析查找断轴原因，进而对交流发电机弹性轴进行设计改进和验证。%Alternator is a important part of the AC power supply system. This paper aimed at the al-ternator shaft broken fault occurred in the joint test from one type of helicopter, searched the reason of broken shaft by study of reaction mechanism, and then a better design for the alternator shaft was made and verified.
