如何提高图书资料管理人员的素质

With the advent of high-tech era, people have increasing needs on social economy, political knowledge and culture. How to find the information they need from the vast ocean of knowledge and information is worth deep thinking. In this context, library staff must improve their overall quality. Combined with present issues of library management staff, this paper proposed the approach of enhancing the quality of library materials management staff from multiple perspectives.%随着高科技时代的到来，人类对社会经济、政治知识以及文化的需求不断提升，如何才能从浩瀚的海洋知识信息中找出自己需要的资料，值得人们深入思考。在这样的背景下，图书资料管理员必须要提升自身的整体素养，才能立足于现实。结合图书资料管理人员现状中所存在的问题，从多角度对其进行了深入分析，提出了提高图书资料管理人员素质的途径。
