基于BCS系统Ⅳ类药物提高口服生物利用度的研究进展

摘要

目的：综述BCS-Ⅳ类药物提高口服生物利用度的方法。方法：阅读有关该类药物中外文献综合阐述。结果：BCS-Ⅳ类药物可以通过提高溶出速率、增加生物膜通透性，并从同时增加溶出速率和生物膜通透性等途径提高生物利用度。结论：BCS-Ⅳ类药物的溶出速率慢，生物利用度低的问题已经通过新技术、新剂型得到良好的解决，为BCS-Ⅳ类药物的研究及应用提供基础。%Objective:To review the method of improve the oral bioavailability of BCS-IV drugs. Methods:By reviewing the re-lated literature at domestic and abroad to comprehensively expound. Results:BCS-IV drugs can improve the bioavailability by ways such as increase dissolution rate and biological membrane permeability, at the same time increase both of the dissolution rate and membrane permeability. Conclusion:The problem of BCS-IV drug has been solved successfully by the new dosage forms and new technology that provide the basis for the further study and application to BCS-IV drugs.
