益元膏穴位贴敷治疗小儿反复上呼吸道感染的临床护理体会分析

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical nursing effect of pediatric recurrent upper respiratory tract infections. Meth-ods:Selection in our hospital were repeated upper respiratory tract infection in children with 60 cases, randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases each.Control group using yi yuan acupoint sticking therapy, and to give regular nursing;Observation group based on the given meticulous care. Results:Contrast treatment total effective rate and the families of children with care satis-faction, observation group is much higher than controls (P <0.05);Children in hospital time observation group was obviously shorter than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infections in cream yi yu-an acupoint sticking therapy with careful nursing can be achieved on the basis of remarkable curative effect.%目的：探讨益元膏穴位贴敷治疗小儿反复上呼吸道感染(RRTI)的临床护理效果。方法：选取本院收治的反复上呼吸道感染患儿60例，随机分为两组，各30例。对照组采用益元膏穴位贴敷治疗，并给予常规护理；观察组在此基础上给予精心护理，对比护理效果。结果：对比治疗总有效率与家属护理满意度，观察组远高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患儿住院时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：反复上呼吸道感染患儿在益元膏穴位贴敷治疗的基础上配合精心护理能取得显著疗效，值得临床推广应用。
