注射液用氯化丁基胶塞中的抗氧剂的测定和迁移测定

Medicinal chlorinated butyl rubber plug is one of the main material of drug packaging.The residual antioxidant in the process of its production has important influence on the stability and safety of the drug.In this article,we determinated the antioxidant content of chlorinated butyl rubber plug and injection through high performance liquid chromatography to lay the foundation of the fur-ther study on the compatibility between drug packaging materials and drug.%药用氯化丁基胶塞是目前药品包材的主要材料之一，在其生产过程中可能残留的抗氧剂对药品的稳定性和安全性有重要影响。本文通过高效液相色谱法测定氯化丁基胶塞及注射液中抗氧剂的含量，并为进一步开展药品包材与药物之间相容性研究奠定基础。
