目的：研究打击制售假药的对策。方法：通过历年查办的制售假药的大案要案的对比分析，得出制售假药案件的变化特点，总结出其中的发展规律。结果：研究表明，假药品种向高端品种集中，假药仿真度更高，假药团伙隐蔽性更强，假药暴利化明显。结论：提高药品质量标准，提高检验针对性；加快医疗体制改革，实现医保待遇均等化；加强药品监管，打击非法渠道购进药品违法行为；加强“行刑衔接”，提高执法合力；畅通投诉举报渠道，积极推进社会共治；净化网络环境，阻断假药流通的媒介。%Objective: Study on the countermeasures against selling counterfeit drugs.
