HPLC测定白鲜皮配方颗粒中黄柏酮含量

摘要

目的：研究白鲜皮配方颗粒中黄柏酮的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为C18,流动相为甲醇-水（60：40）；检测波长212nm。结果：加样回收率为99.04%；RSD为0.8%；相关系数r=0.9999；五批批号白鲜皮配方颗粒黄柏酮的含量均值为4.55mg·g-1。结论：方法简便，结果准确，重复性好。%Objective: To establish a HPLC method to determine the contents of Obacunone in Dictamni Cortex Dispensing Granules. Methods:Select Agilent C18(150×4.6nm,5μm);The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water(60:40);The detection wavelength was at 212nm;Results:The average recovery was 99.04%;RSD=0.8%;r=0.9999.The contents of Obacunone in Dictamni Cortex Dispensing Granules were 4.55 mg·g-1. Conclusion:This method was found to be simple and accurate.
