小儿腹部及颅脑复合性损伤的诊断与治疗

摘要

Objective: To research the accurate method in diagnosing abdomen compound head injury in infant. Method: Reviewed 31 cases infant with abdomen compound head injury in recent 10 years. Result: 29 of them were followed up 6-60 months,27 were cured, 2 were injured. Conclusion: We should diagnose early the compound injury, and make up the bad injury to improve the survival rate firstly.%目的：探讨小儿腹部及颅脑复合性损伤的准确诊断方法及治疗效果。方法：总结我院10年来收治的31例小儿腹部及颅脑复合伤患儿的疗效及随访情况。结果：29例获随访，随访时间6个月至5年，其中治愈27例，伤残2例。结论：对就诊患儿应早期诊断有无复合伤，优先处理致命伤可提高生存率。
