机械辅助呼吸期间支气管痉挛的观察及处理C

摘要

目的：为探讨呼吸末正压（PEEP）对支气管痉挛的治疗效果。方法：对29例支气管痉挛患者，按治疗方法分为常规处理方法（静脉注射氟美松、氨茶碱、吸痰）与新技术处理方法（喷雾给药、应用PEEP）。结果：常规处理方法治疗效果差、合并症多，新技术处理方法治疗效果确切、见效快、无任何合并症。结论：PEEP对治疗支气管痉挛能起到90％的作用，是很好的治疗手段。%Objective：To probe into the treating effect of PEEP to bronchiospasma．Methods：To devide 29 patients into two groups：routine group （intravenous injection of hexadcadrol and aminophylline，sucking sputum） and new technique group （sprinkling administration and using peep）．Results：The patients of routine group got bad effect and have complications；Patients of new technique group got quick and satisfied effect without any complications ．Conclusion：PEEP is an effective treating therapy and takes 90％ part of role in treating bronchiospasma．
