Objective: To probe into the application of trans-vaginal color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine arteriovenous fistula. Method: A total of 32 cases patients were checked by the trans-vaginal color doppler ultrasound, then recorded the sonographic changes of focus and the features of blood flow spectrum. Result: The focus under the 2-dimentional black-and-white ultrasound was shown as several belt -like no echo zones. And the focus under the trans-vaginal color doppler ultrasound was shown as rather sufficient blood flow signal in the artery and vein, in which some were overlapping and some were interlinked between the artery and vein. All of these were the characteristically changes of arteriovenous fistula: PSV:18.4-73.4 cm/s, EDV: 11.9-33.5 cm/s, RI: 0.30-0.37. Conclusion: Under the monitoring of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound, the internal structure of uterine arteriovenous fistula could be exactly shown , by which the significant guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment could be provided.%目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声在子宫动静脉瘘诊断中的应用.方法:对32例患者进行经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,记录病灶声像图改变及血流频谱特点.结果:二维黑白超声显示病灶为多条带状无回声区;经阴道彩色多普勒表现为极丰富的动、静脉血流信号,部分交错重叠,且部分动、静脉相通,此为动静脉瘘的特征性改变:PSV:18.4-73.4cm/s,EDV:11.9-33.5cm/s,RI:0.30-0.37.结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查可清晰、准确显示出子宫动静脉瘘的内部结构,为临床诊断和治疗有重要的指导作用.
