Objective: To explore clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of placental abruption. Method: The ultrasonographic images of 119 patients with placental abruption were reviewed. Result:Seventy two of the patients ( 60.50％ ) were diagnosed by ultrasonographic examination, and there was 28％ false-negative. Conclusion: Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of placental abruption had high accuracy rate in reducing false-negative ratio, so had important clinical value in reducing maternal and neonatal perinatal mortality and prevalence rate,this method had advantages of non-invasive,secure, reliability and being repeated checking, it was the first choice for diagnosis of placental abruption.%目的:探讨超声诊断胎盘早剥的临床价值.方法:对119例被临床及病理证实为胎盘早剥的声像图表现进行回顾性分析.结果:119例超声诊断胎盘早剥72例,符合率为 60.50 %(72/119);诊断错误 47 例(漏诊38 例,误诊 9 例),漏误诊率28 %(47/119).结论:超声诊断胎盘早剥有较高的符合率有助于减少胎盘早剥漏诊、误诊率的发生,从而降低母儿围产期病死率及患病率具有重要的临床价值;且无创伤、安全、可靠、可重复检查等优点,是诊断该病的首选方法.
