Objective: To discuss the method of improving the vein puncture success rate of the shock patients, for saving time to rescue the shock patients. Method: 120 patients with shock were randomly divided into the experimental group and the matched group, each with 60 cases. The experimental group carried out the new method of venipuncture, while the control group only adopted routine needle puncture method. Result: The puncture success rate of the new method was 95％ (57 cases) ,the success rate of the routine method was 85％ (51 cases). The results shows there＇s statistical significance (P＜0.05 ). Conclusion: The new venipuncture method can effectively improve the success rate for saving the precious time to rescue patients.%目的:探讨提高休克病人静脉穿刺成功率的方法,为抢救休克病人赢得时间.方法:对120例休克病人随机分成两组,实验组60例,对照组60例.实验组按新方法进行静脉穿刺,而对照组仅给予一般常规穿刺方法进行穿刺.结果:采用新方法穿刺成功率为95%(57例),采用常规穿刺法的成功率为85%(51例).经过统计学分析有统计意义(P<0.05).结论:新的静脉穿刺方法可以有效提高穿刺成功率,为及时抢救病人赢得宝贵时间.
