双相气道无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of bilevel positive air pressure ventilation on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. Method: All patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were divided into two groups. 28 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the treatment group. The data of arterial blood gas, the course of disease in the hospital and fee in hospital were observed and compared between the two groups. Result: After treatment, the data of arterial blood gas had been improved significantly ( P＜0.05 ).The course of disease in hospital was shorter and fee in hospital were decreased significantly ( P＜0.05 ).Conclusion: Bilevel positive air pressure ventilation is an effective method in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.%目的:研究双相气道无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的临床疗效.方法:将临床上诊断为COPD的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,分别为28例和30例,观察比较治疗前后两组的血气指标变化,住院病程和费用等.结果:治疗后,血气指标明显改善,住院病程显著缩短,住院费用显著降低,气管插管率显著降低,治疗组与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:双相气道无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺病疗效肯定.
