乳腺癌冰冻的病理诊断分析

摘要

Objective: To analyse the clinical significance of frozen section for the diagnosis of breast neoplasms and to discuss the cause of wrong diagnosis. Method:The diagnostic reports of intraoperative frozen sections and paraffinsections were analyzed retrospectively in 243 cases of breast neoplasms. Result:239 cases(98.7％ ) were diagnosed correctly" and 1 were misdiagnosed with intraoperative frozen sections. Conclusion: Frozen section is valuable in the diagnosis of breast neoplasms. The factors affecting the accuracy of frozen section diagnosis include the quality of the section, the diversity of the disease and the limition of the section material.%目的:提高乳腺癌冰冻切片的分析能力,减少乳腺癌的漏诊. 方法:回顾性对比观察243例乳腺冰冻切片和石蜡切片. 结果:冰冻切片诊断为良性215例,恶性肿瘤25例,推迟诊断3例.石蜡切片中良性218侧,恶性肿瘤26倒,其中冰冻漏诊3例,假阴性诊断率为1.8%.结论:提高切片质量,掌握正确的取材方法,提高对乳腺癌的识别和鉴别能力,可减少恶性乳腺癌在冰冻切片中的漏诊率.
