通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

摘要

目的:探讨通心络胶囊对冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效.方法:选取146例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组73例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予通心络胶囊(4粒/次,3次/d).连续应用2周后,对两组患者心绞痛、心电图及血脂指标进行分析.结果:①心绞痛改善情况:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(86.30%VS 71.23%,P<0.05).②心电图改善情况:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(87.67%VS 73.97%,P<0.05).③治疗前后血脂水平变化:治疗后TC、TG显著下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降更为明显(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者HDL-C显著升高,LDL-C显著降低,治疗组变化略优于对照组.结论:通心络胶囊可降低血脂,延缓动脉粥样硬化进程,是治疗冠心病心绞痛的可靠药物.%Objective: To explore the effect of Tongxinluo capsule in treatment of patients with CHD angina. Method: 146 cases of CHD angina were divided into control group and treatment group , each for 73 cases. The patients of control group were given the conventional treatment, and the patients of treatment group were given Tongxinluo capsule ( 4 grains for once,3 times per day )on the basis of control group. After two weeks, angina , ECG and blood fat index were analyzed. Result: ①The improving situation of angina : the total cure rates was higher in treatment group than control group ( 86. 30% VS 71.23%,P<0.05). ② The improving situation of ECG : the total cure rates was higher in treatment group than control group( 87. 67%VS 73.97% ,P<0.05 ). ③The change of blood lipid: The HDL-C was increased and LDL-C was decreased after treatment, the treatment group was superior to the latter. Conclusion: Tongxinluo capsule can reduce blood lipids, and delay the atherosclerosis, it is a reliable drug for CHD angina.
