NSCLC 组织中 Hsp90α的表达及其临床意义

摘要

目的：探讨热休克蛋白90α（ Hsp90α）在非小细胞肺癌（ NSCLC ）中的表达及其临床意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学S-P方法检测50例非小细胞肺癌组织中Hsp90α的表达，分析其表达与临床病理特征及放疗预后的关系。结果：Hsp90α主要表达于细胞浆，阳性表达为78％（39/50）， Hsp90α的表达与TNM分期、远处转移、淋巴结转移有关（P＜0．05），与组织学分级、病理类型及年龄、性别无关。 Hsp90α阳性和阴性表达组放疗有效率、1、2、3年生存率分别为65．8％（25/39）、71．8％、34．2％、3．1％和81．8％（9/11）、76．2％、45．7％、30．5％， Log-Rank 检验两组生存曲线有非常显著差异（P＝0．009）。结论：Hsp90α在非小细胞肺癌组织中高表达，其高表达与NSCLC的放射抗拒性密切相关。%Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of Hsp 90α in non-small lung cancer .Method:The expression of Hsp 90αin 50 patients with NSCLC who received radiotherapy was detec-ted by SP immunohistochemical method .The relationship between protein expression and clinical pathologic features and prognosis were analyzed .Result:The positive expression of Hsp 90αprotein mainly expressed in the cytoplasm, the positive expression rates of Hsp90αin NSCLC was 78%(39/50).The expression of Hsp90αwas closely correlated with clinical stage and distant and lymph node metastasis ( P<0.05) , but not with differentiation , pathology type of tumor , age and gender of patients .The short-term response of radio-therapy, 1-, 2-and 3-years survival rates were 65.8%(25/38), 71.8%, 34.2%and 3.1%and 81.8%(9/11),76.2%, 45.7%and 30.5%in Hsp90α-positive and Hsp90α-negative group, respectively.Log-rank test suggested that the difference was significant between Hsp 90α-positive and Hsp 90α-negative group . Conclusion:Hsp90αwas over expressed in NSCLC .The expressions of Hsp 90αprotein has a close relation-ship with radiotherapy resistance of NSCLC .
