Objective:To investigate the curative effects of Xinkeshu Capsule on function of vascular endothelial cells of patients with unstable angina.Method: 78 patients with unstable angina were targeted from Oct.2012 to Oct.2014 in our hospital, who were randomly divided into control group and observation group.39 patients in each group.The control group was treated by conventional therapy, while the observa-tion group was treated by Xinkeshu capusle combined with conventional therapy.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.44%, while the total effective rate of the control group was 69.23%, there was significant difference ( P <0.01) between the two groups.The ECG total effective rate of the obser-vation group was 84.62%, while the ECG total effective rate of the control group was 46.15%, there was sig-nificant difference ( P <0.01) between two groups.The blood ET-1 level of the observation group was 47.5 ±12.3 ng/L after treatment, which was lower than the control group(57.1±9.1 ng/L), there was significant difference (P <0.01) between the two groups.The blood NO level of the observation group was 43.1±6. 3μmol/L, which was higher than the control group(34.2±7.2μmol/L), there was significant difference (P<0.01) between two groups.Conclusion:Xinkeshu capsule is effective for patients with unstable angina, it can improve the function of vascular endothelial cells.%目的：探讨心可舒胶囊对不稳定心绞痛患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法：选择2012年10月至2014年10月不稳定型心绞痛患者78例为研究对象，随机分成两组，各39例。对照组患者采用常规治疗。观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用心可舒胶囊治疗。结果：观察组心绞痛总有效率为97．44％，而对照组心绞痛总有效率仅为69．23％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．01）。观察组心电图总有效率84．62％高于对照组心电图总有效率46．15％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．01）。治疗后，观察组患者血清ET－1（47．5±12．3）ng／L低于对照组患者血清ET－1（57．1±9．1）ng／L，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。治疗后，观察组患者血清NO水平（43．1±6．3）μmoL／L高于对照组患者血清NO水平（34．2±7．2）μmoL／L，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论：心可舒胶囊治疗不稳定心绞痛疗效显著，可以改善患者血管内皮细胞功能。
