类风湿关节炎患者血清中的血脂水平研究

摘要

Objective: To study the correlation of serum lipid levels and cardiovascular disease of pa -tients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:50 cases of active RA patients were selected in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2014, they were regarded as the study group , and the other 50 cases of healthy people to our hospital health examination center for medical examination in the same period were selected as the control group, the correlation between lipid levels of parameters associated with the disease of the two groups were sta -tistically analyzed.Results:The TG levels, TC /HDL, LDL /HDL of the study group were significantly high -er (P <0.05), the TC, LDL, HDL levels were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05), TC and CRP had significantly negative correlation (P <0.05), but TG, LDL, HDL, TC /HDL, LDL /HDL and CRP had no correlation (P>0.05); Lipid parameters and the course, DAS28, RF, ESR had no correlation ( P>0.05).The differences of TG, TG, LDL, HDL levels, TC /HDL, LDL /HDL between anti-CCP anti-bodies strongly positive, positive and negative patients were not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:The de-tection of serum lipid levels of patients with rheumatoid arthritis has very important clinical significance , so is worthy of the clinical’s full attention.%目的：研究类风湿关节炎患者血清中的血脂水平与心血管疾病发生的相关性。方法：所有患者为我院2014年1月至2014年6月住院的患者，共选取活动性 RA 患者50例，将这些患者作为研究组，另选取同期来我院健康检查中心进行体检的50名健康人为对照组，对两组人员的血脂水平及其与疾病相关参数的相关性进行统计分析。结果：研究组患者的 TG 水平、TC ／HDL、LDL／HDL 均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），TC、LDL、HDL 水平均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05），TC 和 CRP 呈负相关关系（P＜0．05），但 TG、LDL、HDL、TC ／HDL、LDL／HDL 和 CRP 无相关性（P＞0．05）；血脂参数与病程、DAS28、RF、ESR 均无相关性（P ＞0．05）。抗 CCP 抗体强阳性、阳性、阴性患者的TG、TG、LDL、HDL 水平、TC ／HDL、LDL／HDL 之间的差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：检测类风湿关节炎患者血清中的血脂水平具有极为重要的临床意义，值得临床充分重视。
