复方黄柏液联合派瑞松对脂溢性皮炎患者皮肤组织K17和静脉血清IL-2 IL-8水平的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effects of compound huang bai liquid combined with pevisone on the expression levels of skin tissue K17 and serum IL - 2, IL - 8 in patients with seborrheic dermatitis. Methods:130 patients with seborrheic dermatitis from our hospital were analyzed by retrospective study,and they were divided into experiment group and control group by random number table,65 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were only given pevisone; While, patients in the experiment group were treated by compound huang bai liquid combined with pevisone. After treatment, the expression levels of skin tissue K17 and serum interleukin 2 ( IL - 2),interleukin 8 ( IL - 8) levels,the adverse reactions and the clinical efficiency in patients of the two groups patients were compared. Results:Compared with before treatment,the expression levels of skin tissue K17 in patients of the two groups were significantly decreased;The expression levels of serum IL - 2 and IL - 8 significantly increased ( P < 0.05);Compared with the control group,the expression level of K17 in the experiment group was lower ( P < 0.05),but the serum levels of IL - 2 and IL- 8 were higher (P < 0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in experiment group were significantly lower than that in control group ( P < 0.05) . The clinical efficacy was significantly higher in experiment group than that in control group ( P <0.05) . Conclusion:Compound huang bai liquid combine with pevisone in the treatment of patients with seborrheic dermatitis has good clinical efficacy, and could significantly reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions. We speculate that the mechanism maybe related to the decline of the ex-pression levels of K17 and increasing the serum IL - 2 and IL - 8 levels.%目的:探讨复方黄柏液联合派瑞松对脂溢性皮炎患者皮肤组织K17和静脉血清IL-2,IL-8水平的影响,并分析临床疗效.方法:回顾性研究脂溢性皮炎患者130例,根据电脑生成的随机数字表将所有患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各65例,对照组患者仅使用派瑞松进行治疗,实验组患者使用复方黄柏液联合派瑞松进行治疗.比较治疗前后两组患者皮肤组织K17表达、静脉血清白介素2(IL-2)、白介素8(IL-8)水平变化,并对比两组患者治疗期间的不良反应及治疗结束后的临床疗效.结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者K17表达水平均降低,IL-2及IL-8水平均升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者K17表达水平较低(P<0.05);IL-2及IL-8水平较高(P<0.05);不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05);临床总有效率较高(P<0.05).结论:复方黄柏液联合派瑞松对脂溢性皮炎患者具有较好的临床疗效,并能够降低不良反应发生率,推测其机制与降低皮肤组织K17表达、升高血清IL-2及IL-8水平有关.
